HI, I'm aware this place is new, so I don't expect an immediate response.
I plan on going to Africa in October/November 2006 and I'm getting very very stressed out right now because I can't decide on which trip I want to go on.
I want to see sand dunes, local tribes people and great Safaris. I'm told the best safari are Nogorongo and Serengeti/crater (if I'm going to see only one in my life, that's the one..true?) and the dunes are either Sahara or in Namibia..the tribes people seem to be in the east as well close to Serengeti.
I have only 3 weeks, leaving from eastern Canada. I looked in travel books (Acacia, Jenman, drifters, dragoman and GAP) and they don't offer those 2 combined within 3 weeks time. I saw few trips in Namibia including sand dunes adventures and some Safaris in that area like Etosha, are the safaris in south western Africa worth as much as Serengeti? I need to decide very soon, I need my vaccines as well. Any advise?
Thanks.
